"This is kind of a worst case scenario experience but McNeely's handled it fairly. We rented a pressure washer in January. I was given instructions to empty the water out after use. I got sick, my husband finished the work and the machine froze outside all night with water in it. We broke their equipment. Although understandably upset, they handled it professionally and the repair estimate was prompt and fair. I would highly recommend them as a rental company."
