My advisor (Andrew W) was so kind and patient and understanding of my situation, and he also made sure the concerns with my vehicle were taken care of. "After going here for service appt, I am tempted to never buy another Toyota again, and I have owned them for 17+ years. That bad. The place operates like a factory, no one answers your questions, and they just want to sell you services you don’t need to make them extra $$. Appalling service. My Toyota dealer where I bought the car, sadly several hundred miles away, wasn’t like this at all. I won’t ever go to MJT again—will go to Raleigh instead, when MJT is less than a mile from my house."
