"Placed order online (mid-morning, Dec 13) and within 5 minutes received a call (I believe call was from Brian Lahue...not certain, which I regret not remembering since the caller was a real pro) notifying me that one of the parts I requested did not come color-matched. This makes replacing the part a little more involved but that's not the point. The point is that the follow-up to make me aware was nearly immediate...and was much appreciated. The parts arrived today (afternoon, Dec 14)....that's what I call Service! Awesome!"

"I made an appointment to have my state inspection conducted and was very pleased with the service and attention that Cory gave to me. I was seen on time, I told him I was in a bit of a hurry, and he said he would keep me informed of the progress. I waited in the lobby for a short time, and Cory came to check with me to see if I had time for their complimentary car wash. Even with the free wash, I was out of there in under 30 minutes, with all my state paperwork in hand and a smile on my face."
