"I had my gel polish removed & toe nails cut. Man was not very nice, pulled out clippers from his uniform. Looked at his phone at least 5 times while trying to hurry through my visit. Super unhappy with this experience. I have visited place on many different occasions, only bc it’s convenient. I just recently started having this service, so unsure of what is to be expected. I thought things were supposed to be as sterile as they can be?! I have never seen anything that would represent that at this nail place."
