"I really like Dr. Sullens and the Hygienists have always been nice. The issue is the front desk staff. They never return my calls! It's incredibly frustrating! My last appointment was cancelled by Dr. Sullens herself due to both Hygienists getting sick at the same time. She promised someone would call me to re-schedule...that was several months ago! In that time, I've left two messages that remain unreturned. This has happened before and the girl just told me that they were busy and couldn't get to it. That's just not good customer service. Prior to this, I was to get a phone call due to computer issues and not being able to be scheduled when I was there 1 year ago for a cleaning. No one ever called me to inform me of the appointment time that was made for me. I had to cancel because I didn't know about it. Rescheduled, had to wait another 3 months, then that was cancelled. I'm looking for another dentist now just because this keeps happening. An unfortunate reflection on Dr. Sullens :0("
