"The service department is so behind it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment to repair an Elantra that is unable to be driven. It is unreasonable for any dealership to expect their customers to go without a vehicle for 3 weeks. There's no way I will ever buy another vehicle here. If you can't take care of your customers, they're all going elsewhere next time just like me."
"I would have put zero stars if possible! I never right bad reviews but this place is awful. My A/C stopped working last week. I called Modern Hyundai. They said they had no appointments left but I could come on for a walk-in appointment it would just take a little longer. So I drove 40 minutes to the dealership. When I got out of my car at the service area there were no other customers in there at the time and about 6 people behind kiosks. I looked at each one nobody acknowledges me although they knew I was there. Finally an older man asks me if I have an appointment. I say no and tell him about my problem the phone call. He said there is no way they could help me that day and the answering people should not have told me to come in. He says yo look at A/C takes hours on a machine. Later he says the procedure doesn’t take long just a long wait ahead of me. Which is it? Anyway, it becomes clear he has no interest in helping me. He didn’t even care I was told yo come. I tell him I’m leaving and will find a different Hyundai deal ship to deal with in the future. He says ok, there is nothing I can do and tell me by. He offered nothing for troubles coming there or to schedule appointment for future. When I left I called a couple other places. My second call told me to come on to their shop. I went and was in and out in 1 and 1/2 hours. They even offered me a free oil change for a google review. I will not be going back to Modern Hyundai. They don’t care about people. Worst service ever."
"I’ve been going here for years and the oil changes are way too expensive $50 for a regular oil change is outrageous. The service is good but it’s not worth that price for a regular oil change on an older Hyundai."
"This is a COVID related review only. Woman who checked me in entered my car not wearing her mask (was under her chin) then checked me in at her station without wearing a mask (the picture shows her mouth sort of covered but most of the time that wasn’t even the case) while coughing and sneezing, then encouraged me to come around the plexiglass glass barrier to stand right next to her to view her screen. Despite having signs up about the mask mandate, the waiting room contained a woman wearing no mask and witnessed another arrive at checkout with no mask. Also saw employees driving people’s cars, windows up, with masks not properly worn. They should call it COVID Hyundai of Concord."
