"Placed an order for my husband on Dec 15th for a few Christmas presents. On the website it said if placed by today it would arrive by Christmas. I sent a Facebook message Dec 21st regarding my order and was told it had shipped the week prior however the tracking hadn't moved. Following the message I Sent emails regarding the order asking for them to make it right and if they couldn't just to cancel the order. I was then told through email that I placed my order on Dec 16th after hours, so they processed it the 17th which was false and I have an order confirmation proving this and they also stated through email that only the tracking label was created and it hadn't shipped yet. Even though I didn't custom order anything, I was told it was made to order and would take 7-10 business days. The header on the website was then changed by the company to say orders would arrive by Christmas if ordered by Dec 6th after my emails had been sent to the company, even though it clearly stated on the header Dec 15th to place by TODAY to guarantee Christmas delivery. It is now the 28th of December and I just received notice that my package had shipped today and should arrive on Dec 31st. Pretty sad customer service and false advertising to gain more business during the holiday season. I will not be recommending to anyone and definitely will be sharing the experience and emails I received regarding the customer service."
