"I want ever go into that store again.. you going to open to the public. As big as you are and no restrooms....... You put locks on the doors.. How dumb was this"
"Went to the Burlington in Gastonia and was not pleased with my experience. I shop here often as well as my family and friends I will be passing along the experience with others I know so they don’t spend their money where associates pick and choose who to let into the restrooms. After seeing two different employees unlock the bathroom for two different customers, I politely asked an associate stocking if I could be let into the restroom and she informed me that I needed to go up front. At the register I asked employee Charles (who was one of the people who unlocked the restroom for another customer) if he could let me in and I was told that I needed to go and look for someone putting up clothes to let me in?!? (Charles had no line at the register and was with another employee at the registers just standing there) after being sent on a wild goose chase I finally find an employee who looked annoyed that I was even asking her a question if I could be let in and she tells me “well there are no public restrooms” and my issue is after asking two other employees why was I not told this from the start? Why did two other employees let other customers into the restrooms? Why did Charles tell me I needed to ask someone else when he had just unlocked the bathroom for another customer? Please help me understand, I’ll be waiting for a response."
"No public restrooms. Locks on the restroom doors. Due to shop lifting. Won't be back. Hire more workers. I won't spend money where my kids end up pissing themselves."
"Showed up to find an outfit quickly and the store closed earlier and there was a customer in the store but we were told they were closed and we couldn’t shop for the item we needed. I asked if we could speak to a supervisor we just needed a few minutes and the store was supposed to still be open. The lady stated the supervisor was in the back and the girl on register told us she was still open. I understand wanting to close up but 30 minutes before the store is supposed to close is un-called for. Highly dissatisfied."
"Went in to look for suits. This store had very poor and limited selection."
