"After looking for parts for my classic, S & R saved the day. For three weeks I was calling from state to state with no luck. Then one dealer in Virginia asked me to contact S&R. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my specific part. It was a very busy day there as I can imagine, yet they took the time to find my part & send photos. After confirming my part, I made arrangements to ship to my state. My payment was swiftly sent & their response was as swift! Packaging was fantastic and parts were received in two days. I can only say that the customer service and attention to detail was above & beyond superb!! I'm sure many businesses could learn more from S & R what it means to satisfy their customers.
