"The joys of being a mechanic but not having the time . I took my tow truck here for a wheel bearing and just like every one said this company would find any way to make your bill higher. Shop says oh there is metal found so there must be metal in the rear end we need to take it out and find it . I ONLY ASK YOU TO DO ONE THE AND ONE THING ONLY . They say the had time but then ended up keeping my truck another day because they didn’t want to use gaskets paper from auto zone but wanted the gasket from ford that’s made out the same paper. NOW ITS TIME TO PAY THE BILL by this time I knew they would find a way to make the bill higher then the quoted 1 hour labor And they did. I had to pay 2 hours because he had to (clean the brakes up) that’s a known thing when the wheel bearings fail but now you want to charge me for it . Lol I hope that $120 was worth me not bringing my other trucks back like we talked about before this disaster! I will never let them touch any of my trucks again. If a customer says DO THIS ONE JOB AND ONLY THIS STOP LOOKING ALL OVER THE TRUCK FOR MORE WORK"

Tried to assume that somebody went under my truck and loosened the U bars all 4 knut were missing and other parts where loose as well. I AM NOT A LYER. I have no reason to."
