"I WOULD NOT recommend going here!!! I have tried Venus Nails twice now and I regretted it even more the second visit! The first time I went the tech wouldn't listen to what I wanted and I left looking like cat women! I had to go to Jazzy's in Turkey Creek to get them fixed. Well I tried again last week because my niece and sister in law wanted to get their nails done and try dip powder for the first time. Jazzy's was packed so I took them to Venus because we were on a time limit and couldn't wait at Jazzy's. My sister in laws nails are great but a very young nail technician done my nieces set and they are horrible to say the least! The first problem was the nail tech said she couldn't do them as long as my niece wanted because the dip wouldn't hold... but mine are dip and way longer than what my niece wanted. Secondly, the nails look they have been done for weeks and desperately need to be filled but it has barely been a week. Thirdly, the paint on the tips is chipping which rarely happens with dip powder and that's why I love dip! So, I'm not sure what happened there... I have pictures of the drastic difference in the two sets of nails done at Venus that day and it's crazy the difference!"

"I would have to say this was the best manicure and pedicure I had in Knoxville. The place was clean,, massage chair was comfortable. They also provide refreshment. Venus pedicure was amazing. They were running behind the schedule but nothing was rushed and took their time to make sure to provide the best service. My girl Vy was very pleasant and her skill was ggggreat. I liked it so much I added manicure service right on the spot. I would definitely return again and would try their other services."

"We came in at 4:30 and we were worried they would rush since they were closing soon... the man that did my nails was FANTASTIC and super nice. The lady that did my pedicure was super professional and didn’t hurt me at all (which is new for me). She did great with removing my calluses, and made my legs SUPER soft. They both took their time and were super meticulous which I really appreciated. The man went over my cuticles several times to do touch ups and he removed all my hangnails (I always have some on each finger). They spent 2 hours taking care of my nails and this is my new favorite go-to nail place! Highly recommend!"
