"Asked for dip and they made my nails like 3 times thicker than they should have been. When I explained I didn’t like them they shrugged me off. Then charged me $65. I’m going to have to pay any other place $65 just to get my nails back to where they need to be. Disgusted."

And yes, they serve complimentary wine or water. Michelle and her staff are all incredible. The atmosphere is very elegant and calming as well. I recommend Nail Spa to all ages."

"The young man that did my pedicure acted like he was not feeling well or didn't want to be there. My friend had a older gentleman who was pretty awesome. The young guy started filing my nails before the soak. I stopped him and asked for him to wait. I should have said, watch the older gentleman next to us!! The young lady up front was talking a nap. I wonder if they are over worked and wonder about ownership. I won't go back! We where never offered anything to drink. The lady that came when we were leaving was offered wine."

"I absolutely love this salon. I was treating myself to mani/pedis, hair cut, dyed and straightened so I was there for a few hours. First off they serve you either wine or champagne while you get whatever done. WOW! The staff was so very nice and helpful especially since I hate my feet being touched and it was my first pedi. But it was amazing and I truly forgot that someone was touching my feet. The prices weren't too bad either. They took excellent care of me and I highly recommend this salon. Awesome experience all the way around. Oh they did a baby mani/pedi on my 4 year old babygirl and they catered to her just like she was grown. I'll definitely be returning."
