"Not sure if it’s because I went on a Sunday, but I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this salon to anyone. I made an appointment for me, my daughter, and 2 other people to get our nails done for my daughter’s birthday. I made the appointment almost 2 weeks in advance and I even checked with them about an hour before the appointment that they would be able to do all of our nails and they said absolutely. When it came time for our appointment, they said they forgot about us and had double booked. There were only 4 nail tech there and despite already double booking, they continued to take walk-ins. They were rushing so quickly through everyone and using the same utensils on everyone without washing in between. It has only been 3 days and my and my daughter’s nails are chipped."

"Went in to get my nails done and they quoted me one price and I agreed. He then said $7 again another $7. I told him exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door. When I walked out my total had went from $56 to $70. Bad business practice. I will not be back. Also I asked him to push my cuticles back and he said that would be. Manicure charge. Crazy"

"Me and my sister went in there to get our nails done just wanting white acrylic nails. We sat down and they ended up having us switch places which was okay with us. Then they started making fun of my sisters nails pointing and say that they were ugly. This was the worst experience me and my sister have ever had. After we left we were walking around and both of our nails started to turn brown. We had to pay $135 for both of our nails it was so much for just acrylic and while they were doing the nails they were hurting our cuticles. I have never been this disappointed in my nails."

"I should have written this when I got them done but I completely forgot. I originally wanted acrylic ombre but the main boss lady said that it had to be dip nails and I'm not a fan of dip. I can't remember the lady that did my nails but she was so sweet and even after the boss lady kept saying to do dip on me the lady i had stopped and switched over to do acrylic for me. And I must say my nails came out so well. I didn't get the two colors I wanted but she worked with what she had and did an amazing job. It's been way over a month and my nails are still holding up even though I do need a full in but that's for a different day."

"I went to get a brand new set of nails. I was talked into removing the old acrylic and tips and wearing my real nails. Gel polish overlay. Ombre style"
