"I have been buying various paint and waterproofing products from this store over the last year and a half for a basement build out and various other projects around my house. First of all, SW has a great range of reputable products that are highly recommended by professionals and spec writers. Secondly, this store has employees with a great attitude who are very knowledgeable and helpful to their customers. For me it is very convenient as I only live 2 minutes away. One thing that stuck in my mind: I was trying to stain some wood to match some pre finished cabinets in my basement. It was a dark stain so I gave the store a piece of the pre finished wood and a piece of the unfinished wood. They took the time to match it up as best they could. The result was it is damn near an identical finish. So pleased with that as it was very important to my bar project. Cannot rate this store highly enough."

"I went in for a paint sample and some stain. Josh was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He had people skills and seemed to really enjoy his job. Even after he told me they didn’t do paint samples anymore (and other places do) and, that I would have to purchase the whole can, I was ok with it. He signed me up for their rewards program.
