"This store was doing better until recently. This is my closest DG and I buy from there almost every single day. The same thing every morning/afternoon. For 4 days they haven’t had any larger Redbulls in the fridges just the very small ones. And buying a bunch of smalls costs more than a large single. So I notice there’s tons of 20oz Redbulls on the shelf warm. So I end up having to get smalls because there weren’t any cold 20ozs. When I get the the register it’s the blonde cashier that is always there and works alongside the (cool as hell) manager that I’ve legit not once had a problem with. I tell her there’s no cold Redbulls and she says nothing. Just looks at me and smiles. So I tell her that there’s are larger Redbulls on the shelf warm. And her response is “Well that’s the vendors problem” last time I checked the shelves are not the Vendors responsibility. DG arranges, stocks and sets those shelves up. NOT THE VENDOR. So my response is “You could say something like I’ll put some in the fridge instead of STRAIGHT LYING TO A CUSTOMERS FACE. IDC if she had a bad day. She needs to learn some basic customer service considering SHES WORKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sorry but making sure there are cold drinks in the fridges is the store’s responsibility in the end."

"Maybe even 5 stars. Management and staff just seem to be a cut above most and carry real smiles and kind help. - Update here. Still a fine employee or two but I suspect they will burn out quickly as the brand seems to have over reached and prices rise and such."

"I got to this store at 9:53 and the doors were locked so I knocked on the door. A lady was behind the register and started to walk to the back of the store so I knocked a little louder. A lady came and stood there. I said it’s not 10:00 yet. She threw her hands up in the air and said we’re closed. I then repeated that It was not 10:00 yet to which her response was sorry were closed. I did tell her that I would b posting a review and calling to file a complaint. I called the number to file a complaint and I will have to wait till Monday because they close at 6 on Friday. But that is fine with me because sometime tomorrow or Sunday I will b able to find out the name of the 2 lady’s that were working tonight (more specifically the one that told me they were already closed) so that I am able to provide the complaint department with the employee about which I am upset with. To some this may b a little over dramatic but when a place has their hours of business at a certain time it should b as they have it stated. I am very upset about this whole thing."
