"I love the variety this store has but they don't seem to care about getting customers in and out. Waited 15 min for manager to come from restroom so the customer in front of me could buy gift cards. Didn't offer to check out other people while while the line was really backed up."
"I use this location since it is very convenient to me. However, for several months now the cleanliness & messiness rating in my opinion should be 0. There’s trash on the floors of all the aisle’s. There are a lot of empty shelves and empty display cartons on shelves. It may be partly a lack of staff to cover the appearance of the store and the cash registers and messy customers too, but really, be proud of your workplace and at least keep trash off the floor. I will be shopping in Hildebran or Hickory, or anywhere else from now on until I see a marked difference in this store."
