"Last resort dentistry. I've been going to keystone dental for 2 years trying to get an upper plate completed. For the most part I have nothing but good things to say about the dentist that work here. This whole facility operates under no guidance or managerial supervision. It's oversight it's from a council whom you cannot contact or make complaints. The office staff is very rude and condescending. They will giggle at the fact that they have no oversight. Furthermore your receipt will show a zero balance this will change the further your procedures advance. I owed them nothing and was refused to be seen by the dentist unless I paid $250 up front. This was the point I was laughed at for merely asking to speak to a manager. Again my appointment reset for 6 to 8 weeks out along with all subsequent appointments. This is just a mirror dropping the bucket of a list of complaints that could be listed here if there were room. I will be more than happy to personally outlay and describe the many accusations with proof, to any managerial person from this organization upon request."

"I would only recommend this dentist office for a $50 cleaning or having a tooth extracted. Last year I was talked into the dentist making me dentures for $500.00. They were received quickly so I did it purchase them. The dentist said they would look almost perfect. The top dentures were received very quickly however they were so big and made my lip stick out so much that I could not wear them or eat so I went back he said they could align them and fix them. At this time even the dentist himself said I can not believe they even sent these but he had previously said they were made in the office there so I'm not sure. I couldn't wear them and they were not concerned about it at all. I'm pretty sure I have had a credit on my account for over a year that's over $100.00. I wouldn't go here unless I had no other choice at all period. I wish I could post the pictures of my dentures I received here and then my new correct dentures from affordable dentures they literally fit inside the ones made at keystone dental and you can get a temporary for $400 there."

"I am completely satisfied with the kind and caring service I have received at Keystone Dental. It is a very clean office with compassionate, non judgemental staff. I have had an initial exam with xrays, then fillings and a couple of extractions of very sick teeth. Let me not forget the thorough cleaning. My mouth is definitely healthier now and I feel better too! Lastly I will be getting partials to complete the work I so desperately needed. Yes payments are income based, but your treated as you would be by a private practice. I highly recommend Keystone Dental. I am very grateful for them."
