"This has been the worst Dentistry I've ever been to. My hygienist seemed really shy and unexperienced at her job. It felt like she was afraid to touch me (which is bizarre for a person who works this kind of job). There was no clear direction to "open the mouth" or "close the mouth".Taking xtrays was extra uncomfortable. Then she began scraping the plaque off my teeth without even wetting them first. It felt like nails on a chalkboard. I've never had it done that way in other Dentistrys. There was no tool to keep my mouth open either. Hygienist put a bright light on my face without any eye protection. Their equipment seemed outdated. The furniture was peeling and overall it was an unwelcoming feel. My gums ended up swollen and in pain after the appointment. I could say a few more things but will stop there. Would not recommend!"
