"Overall great experience. I was able to be seen next day for an urgent assessment and was provided initial estimates at check in and printed estimates before my procedure. The staff were friendly and professional, the office clean, and Dr. Patel was terrific at explaining what was going on, going through photos she took of the issue, what she recommended, performing the needed procedures, and explaining followup. I have not been to a dentist in years due to previously bad experiences, but have already scheduled routine follow-up based in the care I received yesterday. Helpful notes: Cash price is lower than card price and American Express is not accepted"

"I disregarded the bad reviews because I was desperate. I should have listened to them. This dentist damaged my mouth pulling some cracked teeth. I suspect she should have done surgery and trimmed the bone before she pulled my big back molar. I suspect she chose not to in order to have me come back again and have to pay more. Instead of doing surgery she violently got my tooth out leaving me with broken bone all around that area. The first time I saw her to get a tooth pulled I had to go to urgent care because I was in so much pain. I was concerned I would be in pain the second time after how violently she removed the tooth but she treated me like a criminal for even asking.I believe they call it medical gaslighting . Once the numbness wore off I was in absolute agony and had to go to the ER. Now I have all of this broken bone and a socket that will not heal and I have to find another dentist because I wouldn’t go back to this one if she paid me for the visit. Disregard these reviews at your own risk. There is a reason her rating is so low!"

"This is the best dentist office around! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have been a patient here since their days on Princeton Rd. (nearly two decades!) and they have always treated me like family. From the clean, inviting office atmosphere to the friendly, professional staff (especially Emily, you ROCK!) and of course the wonderful Dr. Patel herself, they just can't be beat. They do take insurance, and process claims efficiently. And if you have an emergency, they will work you in and you will receive excellent care! If you're looking for a compassionate and gentle dentist with a hard-working, caring staff, then look no further! This is the place for you!!"
