"I went to buy color remover. And was informed at the register they only seem that to hairdressers. Then don't have it on the shelves for the public. I've spent a lot of money in this store. But not again. If I can't find it somewhere else I'll order it on line."

"the sales lady told me there was no bleaching kits, i spent $41.64 on something that didn't even work. she told me that a blond hair dye would tone my hair and i made sure it would before i left the store i asked her numerous times and she said it would. it didn't do anything for my hair because it was not a purple toner. purple evens out orange everyone knows that they are on the opposite sides of the color wheel. i had to go back to the store and buy a bleaching kit which they supposedly didn't have and a toner. she told me i would need 3 packets of powder bleach and a volume 30 developer. there wasn't enough bleach to cover my whole head and the volume i needed was 40 for the developer and my sister had to go in and complain and the same lady was there and she didn't even apologize for her "recommendations""
