Umm nope it was worse!! $175 and I look like a toddler took paint to me Got home decided to wash it, water ran red, guess she didn't rinse it well enough. The burgundy and carmel colors I requested, not sure but I have bright reddish pink?! So after washing it to remove color I then had to scrub color off the back of my neck, ear and side of my face. Also the layers I asked for, not there. Go to the isle and buy your own color, save 3 wasted hours and $165 and lots of embarrassment. Did I go in for them to fix it.... NO WAY are they touching my hair."
