"I had Brooklyn as my hair stylist...She was amazing! I got a butterfly haircut and she thankfully warned me that it wouldn't look best at 1st but then after its done it would look amazing. She also styled my hair and curled it for only $10! My grandma said "she hasn't seen prices like this in years" and "I should get my haircut here!" She is usually very picky and she wasvery pleased just like i was. I gave her a 100% tip and yes i know thats not normal but i was very happy with my results and money is very hard to get nowadays with the world we live in now so i know it felt right. They also message you about when your appointment is the day of and the day before the appointment for reminders! I am a very forgetful person so it helps alot!"

From her immediate response, to the appointment convenience, her aggressive listening skills and her ability to follow my hair color and cutting requests, I'm super happy. I had my first good hair day in at least 2 years. I told her it had been 5 years, but I forgot about the wedding. I really don't want to drive further or pay more, or both. I have another appointment within 6-8 weeks time. The cost was less than what I paid for grooming my dog. Is that relevant? Anyhow, Alison is back. And this place is going to be jammin. "My fiance had a terrible experience here, $110 for this is not acceptable!!!! Tried working it out with owners and no partial refund was even in the question... Only a "fix". You can't fix 3 different colors, and waste another 4 hours of your time for a "second chance". Update: Thanks for the reply, although the reason we won't be coming back to have it fixed is because we know the hair dresser who colored it doesn't obviously know what she was doing. Why come back knowing she cannot do it to her liking the first time?!? A good business satisfies their customers. I wouldn't make a review if it weren't true. Thanks, again."
