"Came in for an inspection. I didn't want to clog up their parking lot and stop cars from getting in and out of their bays, so I pulled into the empty gravel lot next to them. Then, some rude old man came outside yelling at me to move so other people can get in and out. I shut my door and left. There is absolutely no excuse to talk to people in that tone. I am a local and I have lived here all my life, and these shops just keep getting worse and worse. One day, you'll wish you hadn't run off all your customers. I'll never even consider this place for work in the future."

"Sloppy brake work. I needed a brake job done quickly before a cross country move, Rodney did it, but with no care. The manufacturer's grease was left on the rotors that's supposed to be removed and one the pin's in the pads wasn't even aligned correctly. Its 9 months later and I had to do a full new brake job. This a job that's supposed to last several years and costs about 700!"

"My family and I are here on vacation. We were walking back from the bakery and noticed .oil leaking from my car! Across the street was Rodney! I walked over and asked for help. He stopped what he was doing and came over and looked at my car. Then he told me to bring it over to the shop and he put it up on the lift so he could see the issue. Then he quickly fixed it. He shared he was sure we wouldn't have made it much further down the road without ruining the engine. Disaster averted! He is our vacation hero! Love the southern hospitality!
