Guardian Dent Repair

"I was referred to Tim and Guardian by The Detail Shop in Black Mountain for paint-less dent repair. Tim worked with me to find a day, time and location that worked for us both. It took a while to book the appointment—due in part to my availability—but it was well worth the wait. On time, excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, experienced & professional. I was honestly skeptical as to whether he (or anyone) could work out the many dents on my vehicle, as well as if the results would justify the expense. I’m happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised on both accounts. I had no idea as to the decades of experience and considerable skill Tim brought to bear on behalf of his clients. Paint-less dent removal is a far for involved process than I had envisioned. Tim, who likely underbid my job, arrived early and stayed late until the job was done to the best of his (or anyone’s) ability, and honored our agreed upon estimate. The results speak for themselves. I remain shocked at the final product. My seven year-old car looks nearly new. Tim is truly an expert in his field and obviously takes great pride in his work. He is a perfectionist, and it shows. I could not be more pleased with the outcome or experience. Both well exceeded my expectations. And he’s a great guy to boot. I could not recommend Tim/Guardian more highly.
