Dr. Gates made him feel comfortable immediately and she took the time to show him better techniques on how to brush that target his problem areas. Most importantly she noted his mouth ulcer, inquired on that history, and suggested a SLS free toothpaste for him to try in case it was an allergy. It's been several weeks since and he's not had any; it's such a huge improvement in quality of life!
