"Dr. Robinson is wonderful, attentive and caring. The staff at Hot Springs was so sweet and welcoming. Also drew blood efficiently. My only frustration is making appointments. I can make an appointment at my dentist or optometrist a year out. Mars Hill Medical cannot make an appointment in the next month! That’s just nuts in this era! Please change this for your staff. When a person calls to make an appointment and is refused, that person may not get back to it. Sometimes family life is that chaotic and new demands force people to put their own health on the back burner."

"During these uncertain times it was a different experience for sure but we were rescheduled because we had traveled to Florida, which I appreciated that they were taking these extra precautions. Once we did have our appointment everything was a smooth as glass and the receptionist, nurse and Sherrie (Kerns) were as pleasant and professional as could be. We are new to the practice and I am NOT a great patient but everyone put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them."
