"0 stars. I would not recommend this place to anybody with kids. The staff upfront was great. The nurse/hygienist? that took my kids back was cold and clearly not made to work with kids. She was condescending. Extremely condescending. My 8 year old "escaped" to let me know she was rough with his mouth and it hurt him. He was crying and he does not cry easily. He has never had an issue going to the dentist. When they realized he was gone she came to get him, and when I mentioned it to her I said, "he said you hurt him and I'm not saying that you hurt him on purpose but maybe you're being too rough with him and he is uncomfortable." She talked to me like I was an idiot. Obviously I didn't make him go back in to finish. They also failed to mention over the phone that parents aren't allowed to go in with their kids. Which would be fine if more information other than "he's good to go" was given afterwards. I never got to speak to a Dentist when my 11 year old came out. I had to play 20 questions finding anything out from staff. Both kids said the rude woman never explained what she was doing. Never spoke to them other than "open your mouth". That woman should not be working with children. Terrible experience."

"Not very happy with this place. As it is the only place here in greenevill that will take my girls insurance. They r booked until January 2024. That is just insane to me."
