"I highly recommend shopping any where else. I have been here a few times because I normally buy the same couple things and this is the closest place to get them vs online but not anymore. I bought some nails, at the recommendation from the woman working, who said "I'm wearing those right now & they have lasted me 4+ weeks!!", I bought them and they didn't even last 5 days despite being super careful & following directions, when I tried to return them, as the receipt states, they told me I could not, so I ate the loss & moved on. I go in a couple days ago and am buying my usual hair dye when an employee approaches and asked if I wanted something a little more "long lasting" so I'm open to suggestions & talk to her and she tells me how everyone loves a brand and it's actually "even on sale right now!!" So I get it, my other eyelashes and some product as well. I ask if it is all I need (since I've never used it before), she says "no! That's all!!" And checks me out. I get home, follow the directions, etc and NOTHING changes. There is 0 color whatsoever. I've worked in a lot of jobs including retail but what I have never done is LIE to get people to buy products. Even the reviews on y'all's website were how "amazing" the product works when it clearly does not. I will not be shopping here anymore. Disgusted by the sales practice from young and old woman alike working here."

"Been in this place 2x since the reopen and the clerk has the personality of a stump. She is the most impersonal and unfriendly clerk I have ever dealt with. I asked today for a specific product and she was supposed to show me. When I looked I could not find and told her I must be blind. What she was trying to sell was the "generic" brand which was not what I had asked for. I did not buy it. I will just buy what I need somewhere else from now on."
