"I really hated leaving a review that was not positive for someone who is working in todays hard market. I went to Autumn three times- each time 5 hours in her salonx(except the consultation) . After paying a consulation fee the first time and thinking she understood what I wanted- things went well. Not great but just- she was working and I was trying a new style. Was pleased with the style- color not so much but doable. Time to go back and after a series of text to get my next appt. That didnt go so great. So after another 5 hours- three days later my hair started to shed- correction fall out. I sent Autumn a message to say help!!! TAFter delayed responses and a week later- he final text was to schedule an appt that was a week away. There are more details but the bottom line is- after spending hours in her salon-and approx $300 each time.... I was expecting a little more than schedule an appt. Come in tomorrow and let me take a look. Something- disappointed and having to get treatment for my damaged hair. I do mind sitting an entire work day in your salon, but I do not mind paying your prices when you put love and care into my hair. My comment is not to discourage anyone from visiting Autumn but to let hairstylists that fall into this category- they have to do better."
