"I called ahead to the pharmacy to make sure the COVID vaccine was available to me. The gentleman answering the phone was confident and knowledgeable but was not there when I arrived. A woman (I assume she was the manager) was abrupt, dismissive, and impatient, insisting I go somewhere else. I asked that she research the issue which she reluctantly did and it was proven that she was ill informed and unaware. She made no apologies, and maintained her unprofessional behavior. I got my vaccine and left. I see why this business has such a low rating."

"I waited thirty minutes to pick up a prescription only to be told they were out and come back the next day. I came back three days later and they still didn’t have it. I wasn’t offered a simple apology or anything really. Just a blank stare and “come back later.” I understand things happen and they deal with difficult people every day (I was a pharmacy tech but still provided friendly customer service), but at least give maybe a small effort."
