"I was so excited to get my hair colored and cut. I came with an example of what I liked which was silver or gray with black highlights. I'm a blonde so I was thinking it would be pretty easy to accomplish. My niece who has darker hair than me JUST had this done somewhere and it looks great on her, I did have a little pink from supporting cancer awareness but I was hopeful if it wasn't possible to cover the pink with black, he would simply say that. I left with an ugly copper color and now the pink is dark purple. Im so upset and disappointed. It took everything I had to get out of there before crying. I repeated myself several times that it wasn't what I asked for and he continues to tell me how HE thinks it looks pretty??? Am I not the one who has to walk around with my hair? I haven't been able to have my hair professionally done in so long and I was so excited. It could have been handled differently than just trying to convince me it didn't look bad.He did offer to add a cpl highlights??? Not sure how that was going to help at that point but I am so upset and disappointed. My hair is to my butt so this isn't an easy fix. I could not recommend this place to anyone. If you can't do something to someone's hair, tell them you can't and discuss other options. It would have went better for me than this ugly mess I'm having to try and fix myself."
