"Every time I come in here I am blown away by how slow the service is, and how expensive the quotes are. Honestly blown away. They regularly try to sell me service that costs nearly as much as the car is worth. Come in for first available oil change at 730am, and you'll be lucky to be driving out by 930am. Fortunately I have plenty of time to write this review, as I wait to be checked out on my oil change that was supposedly completed 30 minutes ago."

"Good service, Ralph was very knowledgeable of the situation with my vehicle, he got me checked in real fast, I got my car back sooner than Ralph told me, which was even better."

"Started out good and slowly went down. Wouldn't move on price. Add said $21,750. Get there $22,750. Ask why, they said I didn't have a trade in. I said I'm paying cash. Nope, no change in price. Thanked them and walked out. Salesmen came out, ask how far I traveled, told him 1 1/2hrs. Told me he will take $1000 off, I said $20,750, he said no,$21,750, I said that was the original price in the add. He said, that was with a trade in. I said thanks and walked. Called wife, she said Modern Nissan receptionist called and said someone is on the phone wanting to buy the car, hmmm, she said she wants it, so went back in and told them I'm taking it. Told the salesman, I found out why you won't budge on the price, that you were on the phone with someone who was going to buy the car over the phone. Got all paperwork done. And hand me a key. Asked were the other is and the fob for the keyless entry. Salesman said that's all we got. I said I'm suppose to get 2 keys and the fob. They cut another key, but NO FOB to operate keyless entry, remote starter, ect. Told the salesman, it's not you you've been great, but this is piss poor planning, has led to piss poor performance. Nope won't recommend Morgan Nissan to anyone."

"We bought car from here. We were happy with sales however their service was frustrating, unprofessional. We had book our first service here because we purchased their warranty, but they told us to reschedule due to lack of skilled technicians. So that's what we did, rescheduled with an oil change this time after a week. We took time off to work, drove half an hour yet, when we got there they did not accommodate us even we have an appointment. They asked us to go back on different time again because of the same excuse, No skilled staff? Seriously?! Then why do they bother to book us an appointment in the first place? They did not even give us an early notification that they will not be able to accommodate us again that day. We will not coming back here anymore. It is very unprofessional. I don't normally write a review but with this experience, I hope this will serve as a warning to other people. Think twice buying that warranty."
