"Needed air filter for a Husqvarna leaf blower and they were the only place in a 25 mile radius including Husqvarna dealers that had one in stock. Person in the parts department was even nice enough to pull the filter off of the shelf and put my name on it so I could come by and pick it up the next day instead of having to order one from somewhere else and having to wait on it to be delivered."
