"We went today for our initial consultation with Dr. Shobe. Every employee that we met was fantastic! The front office staff was very kind and professional, the dental assistants were so sweet, and Dr. Shobe was kind and funny and made my 6 year old daughter very comfortable. She has a daunting treatment plan ahead but she left the office feeling confident that everything is going to be okay. We are very glad to have found this office!"

"They are a friendly facility. Everyone is nice. My kids felt welcomed every time. My only issue was with billing information. Apparently, when my insurance changed they failed to tell me that they were not in network. I was told by receiving a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars to let me know that this was the case for the last few visits. Each time I came in I did pay what they told me I would owe. Nothing else was said to me each time I waen in. I do not know if they assumed I knew but saying something would have been appreciated."

"I received decent treatment when I went in as a new patient at Southern Dental in Lewisville. I was treated by Dr. Ward, who did a nice job and took time to explain their approach to care. My problem is they called on somewhat short notice to cancel a follow up procedure I had arranged because the Dr. would be out of town. They haven't followed back up with me to reschedule, and I've called and left a message with no return call. That's actually the second time I've called their office, left a message and haven't received a call back. A basic level of customer service is a prompt response. A level up would be to proactively call. It just gives the impression that they don't really care about keeping their customers."
