"Shook me down for an expensive wiper when I got a vehicle inspection. Not a reputable operation. Lots of better mechanics and oil change operations in Wilmington. Avoid at all costs."

"This is the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to! The staff was so warm and welcoming and handled everything that needed to get done on my car. The mechanic even found what looked like the beginning of a rodent nest being formed under the hood and he cleaned it out for me! I am impressed with this place. Jiffy Lube in the past at other locations in California have mostly been so-so, and the staff not very knowledgeable. These folks know what they're doing!"

"I asked them to change the oil and filter, and replace the windshield wipers. After servicing my 2006 Toyota Camry, when they brought it out of their garage, and I asked them, did they replace the wipers, they said, together, "the wipers!?, with red faces. Then, they promptly measured the original blades and replaced them with new ones. And oh, by the way, they did have the additional charges on the receipt!!! I just couldn't rate then more than 2!"

"Kade was very good at onboarding me and setting me up to get my oil change. I had to return to the shop after leaving as I had a concern regarding a noise I heard that was not there originally. Upon my return, 30 min or more later, he came out of the shop to see me while I was parked. I was on the phone, but he recognized I had returned and came to find out if there was an issue. He resolved my problem (nothing serious) and I was very grateful that he was aware if me and ensured I was okay. He was very polite and performed his job with personal attention to the customer."
