Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is a pretty good Chipotle location. It's renovated with a modern look, located on the main road in Pigeon Forge. Regardless the food ingredients were fresh and cooked well. My Chipotle bowl with a tortilla inside was perfect. The staff was nice and the line was fast. The location was pretty clean if you compare it to other Chipotle restaurants."

"The service was great - they were nice and accommodating - food as always was good. You could tell they had a big rush due to the tables had trash on them along with the floor. Its hard in a tourist area to keep it clean but definitely one of those things many restaurants in this area are lacking."

"Another disappointing experience at this chipotle. Restaurant and kitchen were messy, tables dirty and bunch dirty dishes in the kitchen. There was no fajita in the line or carne asada, the chicken looked old. Employees didn’t seem to enjoy their job, there was no sense of urgency even though there were several customers waiting."

"Me and my family from out of state decided to get some quick decent food. Little did i know this place SUCKED 1st off, the people working were quite rude and demanding. 2nd, the atmosphere was very quiet uncomfortable due to the fact that they were already demanding. 3rd, The food was good, but honestly, after seeing the care they put into the dining room, and their customers, GOD only KNOWS how they treat their food. I've worked for fast food, and this is not the way."

"We were shocked when we walked in. The store was dirty, the trash had not been taken out for who knows how long. We felt it was a health hazard. The staff was unfriendly and the manager was rude. They were out of ingredients. We have been Chipotle customers for years and this is unlike one of our favorites to eat at. Very disappointed!"
