Publix Pharmacy at Waynesville Pavilion 124 Frazier Street, Waynesville, NC 28786

"I picked up a Prescription while my Husband and I were shopping for groceries. We returned home and took our groceries in along with the Rx. When I opened the fluoride paste and took the cap off to open the seal there was a black mold inside the cap and on the tube. I did not return immediately due to getting sick. Which would show on the computer due to my prescription’s being filled at Publix also. I returned the Rx only asking for a replacement. I was told I would have to pay again for the replacement I had already paid for. The reasoning was the product could have been exposed to heat and the time frame of not returning the prescription within 24 hrs ? Very disappointed in the customer service I received. I left the Rx , the receipt and left the pharmacy. I will not return."

"So disappointed with my experience here this week. The shortened version of my situation was that I was very sick, waiting on 3 prescriptions prescribed that day and had to wait 8+ hours for them to be filled. I checked the status twice and was told I’d be contacted when they were available for pick up. Unfortunately, I was never notified. I called at 8:15pm asking if there was any possibility my medication would be ready before closing and was told at that time that they were ready. Perhaps my expectations are unrealistic but I have never had to wait 8+ hours to fill a prescription when the medication was in stock. Please provide better customer service!"
