"Friendly staff, BUT... As I was standing in line, one woman coolly walked out with an armful of unpaid merchandise. She was actually staggering slightly under the load! When I got up to the cashier, I let her know and she got on her little walkie talkie to tell somebody about it. I told her exactly the time of the theft and who to look for, but then she told me that there was nothing they could do about it anyway. I guess all of us who actually wait to pay for our things are paying for thieves like this one, when the store could just take it more seriously. I guess that's too much work? This kind of theft becomes everyone's business when the costs are inevitably passed on to the rest of us."
