"Jessica at Southern Loft went out of her way to make sure I got a ring that my daughter had admired. We saw a ring that my daughter liked. She decided to pass on it. Later that night, she regretted that decision. Unfortunately, we were leaving the next day and Southern Loft was closed. I called them a week later and asked if they had the ring. They did and immediately sent me an invoice and shipped it. Their customer service was incredible. I will definitely go back when we are in Waynesville."
