"As someone who has worked as a retail manager for years, I am baffled. The store manager at this location is nearly impossible to get ahold of with any answers. I dropped off 2 cameras to have developed and he claimed they were lost. In the beginning I had lots of patience and told him to just call me with a yes or no as to if he could get ahold of them and if they were really lost, no problem. This was over a month ago. Since then, I have spoken with at least 3 employees who continue to tell me they will have him call me. I’ve called corporate 3 times and even they say they will have upper management get a hold of me. No calls. Completely dodging me. Now I’m mad. I’ve shopped here for years and now have a terrible taste in my mouth from the mere incompetence of these people. A simple call was all I needed and now I’ve spent literal HOURS trying to get a hold of one dude. Insane that the simplest task is so hard for a STORE MANAGER and their so called “customer service” department."
"I first went into Walgreens to get zepbound, which the other surrounding pharmacies could not get. I was very happy about that. But I had a coupon for it that the initial pharmacist could not apply, stating, "This coupon only works if your insurance covers the medication." I was so upset. Having to pay $1100 for it, when everyone in my group was paying half. The next time I went in to fill my prescription, I spoke with Aryanna. I mentioned that Eli Lilly stated that the coupon applies to those who have commercial insurance that does NOT cover the medication (It is brand new). She said, "Of course it does!". She was the most helpful young lady, who knew what she was doing. She applied my coupon after a little go around on the register and boom. "I got that discount for you!" I was so happy, I was jumping up and down. I cried when I left. I loved that experience at Walgreens. Particularly working with Aryanna. The initial interaction cost me an extra $550. But I am overlooking that. Hope Aryanna is there when I come back, or at least she trains the other young lady on how to apply these coupons!"
"Lesson learned: Walgreens is not a real pharmacy. It’s New Years Day and they are happy to sell you candy and Tylenol but no options on a holiday to pick up your life saving medications."
"I can't thank this Walgreens enough for helping my family through some of their sicknesses. Ear infections are always a thing for both my kids, and Walgreens always comes to the rescue to provide us with our prescriptions in a timely manner. Typically I have to drive by after my appointment and confirm they got prescription. They give me a time frame of when it will be done and bam it's ready. I've also had postpartum issues after pregnancy and they worked really hard with my husband to ensure I got my prescription before they closed. They've saved me money by talking to me about GoodRx and are genuinely nice people. These folks are overworked and humble. They have always been helpful and respectful and I appreciate the staff very much. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the meds...but they've always come through when we need them. If I had 1 complaint it's that Walgreens needs to stop all these silly marketing ploys like get prescriptions faster or delievery...because the staff they have is already worked to the bone."
"We were concerned seeing some reviews, but they handled us perfectly! Special thanks to Damien. Great job! Went back again for second refill, and again excellent service. Plus, the store is spotless."
