"My partner found a fragrance that really made them happy one vacation, unfortunately through my bumbling incompetence it was knocked from the closet shelf, spilling everything from the bottle. Now two complaints come to mind 1# the bottle caps do not securely seal the fluid within; and 2# the name of the scent is not labeled on the bottle so I'd be blindly guessing as to what to buy to replace it. If the owner could help, I would appreciate it."

"I have some products from them that I ended up loving and wanted to use the entire line but I’m not sure what is best for me so I wanted to ask them what products should I use for my skin concerns. It just sucks because the products are great but customer service sucks I don’t live in TN & I called the mall directly apparently there is no phone to contact the store they only claim they use their email. I have been trying to get ahold of the company for months now by email and even the office lady took them a note with my contact information and still I haven’t heard anything that’s been over a week ago. They really should work on customer service for those out of state since Gatlinburg is a known tourist spot. So now I have to find a different skin care line to go with. So before you buy just be aware you directly have to go to the store in order to get any help."

"Just a small bit of my collection from this place! I’m obsessed and every time I come up to Gatlinburg, this shop is the first I go to. Used their products for years now. I haven’t had not one thing I didn’t like. I’ve gotten so many compliments over the years for the scents and makeup I’ve used by them. Chris is sassy and helpful.
