"Can’t get any help with the “manager” I made a return in the store, UPS doesn’t even have the package and manager claims they picked it up, I have spoke to customer service multiple times and the manager never marked my item as a return in the system. I was sent a return label so that I could keep track of it, but it doesn’t help when it was never sent out. I need to speak to a totally different person at the store but this particular “manager” seems to be the only one I can speak with and she is the one that help me unfortunately but is no help now smh"

"For some reason my post got deleted..... but anyways, if I could rate this location lower and 1 star, I would. Store manager PHILLIP is extremely rude and lazy. He would much rather tell you NO than offer any type of customer service and help. I feel like it was a "race issue" which is very unfortunate. I work in retail and there is a way to speak to guests and there is a way to not speak to guests. PHILLIP exemplified the NOT. I intended on purchasing a few pairs of shoes and this was the closest location to me at the time. I will NEVER return to this location. They will NEVER get business from myself and anyone that I know. If you like being treated fairly and with respect, I suggest NOT visiting this store. Get it together management."
