"My boyfriend bought a truck from here in May and it has broke down time and time again. It broke down less than 24 hours after owning it. It has been such a pain for him. Autobarn has done nothing to help. Do not recommend at all."
"I would not send anyone here for a car me an my husband was trying to trade are jeep in an they didn't even acted like they even wanted to help an don't no what there doing don't go here for a car very bad service."
"I had bought 2 vehicles from here. And both broke down 1-2 months after I bought them. In my opinion I shouldn’t have to be fixing cars 1-2 months after purchase."
"‼️I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE‼️ I purchased a 2016 Dodge Dart SXT on March 25th, by June 30th I unfortunately had to sell the car for WAY less then what it was purchased for and had to go elsewhere for another vehicle! It first started with the radio failing, that’s no biggie. Then after 2 weeks of owning the car I had to replace the battery and fix a oil leak the car had. Starting in late April the car would shut off on me while driving, the car could completely lose power. I took it to multiple people and fixed the wires and that problem then as soon as that was fixed the car would start to slip gears -the dart had where you could drive it manually or automatic- , would get stuck in gears -I would reverse to get out of my driveway and the car would not go into drive, neutral or park- and I would manually have to reconnect the shifting cable and try to get it to go into gear, reconnection the cable only fixed the problem one time-Took it to multiple mechanics and almost all of them told me I would need to replace the transmission or I would just need to get a new car if I didn’t want to spend 5k to fix it! Every time I would call Auto Barn to try to set a time to bring my car by it was always “we will call you back” and they would take my name and number, I would call several times to try to get a appointment to get my car fixed and they never followed with returning my call! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with getting a used vehicle. The ONLY good thing about this place is the older gentleman is very kind and was not pushy with trying to make me buy a car I did not like before purchasing the car I picked, he had lots of information about each car, had no problem letting me test drive for however long and overall the older gentleman was the only positive experience that came from this place."
"What a rip off. I bought a car from them and I had nothing but problems the whole time I owned the car. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree the day after I bought and I was told I was only allowed a 15 minute test drive. That should’ve been my first red flag, but that was my mistake and I’ll admit it. I was bold face lied to about this being a good car and they said that they would fix it for free the next day when the problems started, but that never happened. When I asked when it could be fixed he said oh I never said that I only said I would order the part and you could have it fixed. He ordered the part alright, the wrong one. When I told him the mechanic I was using I was told that I was being ripped off cause they were price gouging. No the real rip off and price gougers was where I got the car to begin with. I still to this day haven’t received a registration saying that they transferred my tag from my other car. When I called and asked about this he acts like he has no idea what I’m talking about. Needless to say they lost a customer and I wouldn’t recommend getting a car here unless you want to be lied to and manipulated multiple ways. On the other hand, Wayne, one of the employees there was amazing. He was so nice and helpful. Keep up the work Wayne as for the rest of you, SHAME ON YOU."
