"I am new to the area. I was looking for a pet store when I googled this store popped up after I had already dialed the phone. I realized it was a pet store. The girl that answered the phone I’m not for sure about her name, but she was the sweetest kindest person, she took time to tell this old person there was a Petsmart or something similar in Morganton. I should have gotten her name she gave me her name but I just when you get old you forget point then she was so polite to me and so kind if I could give this girl a raise , I would do it right now it might help to know it was Saturday, 3 February at 2:48 PM that hoping someone can figure out who she was and Par her on the back again wonderful outstanding service"

"A go-to for so many useful items. This trip was for a belt for a riding mower. The first belt did not work, and the exchange was smooth. Clerks were extremely helpful and friendly. When in the store, I always do a "walk through" and, of course purchase additional needed supplies."
