Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"This use to be a great place to eat, but the last two times was disgusting! $50, for cold food, incorrect order, and thrown in the bag. Almost $9.00 for 8 cheese curds in a large order. Fries were half done soggy. Burgers were even cold. Drinks were even wrong. Even after repeating order 4 times still wrong. Told the girl taking my order to large size all orders, but didn't even get that right. She asked over if everything was large. Your menu specifically says want your meal larged shows price. Stated that three times said she understood and still wrong. Even asked again at the window and still wrong. I never leave bad reviews assuming mistakes happen and they do. This time it's due! Hopefully this gets someones attention. Thank you, for your time if someone takes the time to read it"

"We love this place and frequent this location often. Today, we were pleasantly greeted by Jahmeel as we were eating. He was making sure that everything was good and to our satisfaction. His smile and personality were infectious. He made sure to give us a warm smile, and tell us to have a great day as we were leaving. Food was fresh, and great as always."

"This place never lets me and my family down. Outstanding food, service and environment!! One of the few burger places where the fries are just as delicious as the burger. The staff is so friendly, I actually had to stop one of the employees and compliment his work, a young man named Zury. Every-time I visit this particular Freddie’s he is extremely courteous and you can see his work ethic and dedication to being a professional. Overall wonderful location and establishment."

"I give 3 stars. I went for the shake and they had the pumpkin pie. I sat in the drive thru for at least 4 minutes waiting for my meal. So they loose a star there. Then I get à médium shake that comes in small cup for 7 bucks? Noo, no, no. Loose another star for than. The favor of the shake was great but I almost choked on the pumpkin pieces."

"Okay, but not that impressive! I have always been curious about this franchise but I never committed to try it. However on this particular day I decided to give it a chance. This restaurant located on Ramsey Street is pretty easy to access. Once I arrived it was easy to find a parking spot as they were not crowded. Appearance: your restaurant appeared to be very clean the tables were clean there was no paper on the floor so that was a plus. Once I approached to order the menu board was difficult for me to read. I am a bit visually impaired so that was part of a struggle. However the associate was friendly and willing to help so that experience was not bad. She took the time to kindly answer my questions, so customer service was good. They appeared to be adequately staffed and my meal was prepared in rapid time, so that was good as well. Once I receive my food, I noticed I did not receive the fry sauce or the ketchup that was requested upon order and was clearly stated on the receipt, so I had to go back and ask for it. I didn't have any problems getting it but I had to go back and ask for it. I was excited to die then for a taste test in my Miller opted for onion rings for a 50 cent up charge versus the fries that directly come with the combo meal. The food look good and smelled great. However, the taste test was very disappointing. It was just not what I expected. There was no particular unique taste about the burger or the fries. As a matter of fact they were just playing or bland if you will. I appreciate the pickle to onion ratio, which was to my liking, but outside of that I was truly disappointed. Even the fry sauce did not help, as it was bland as well. I had a diet Pepsi, mini restaurants have problems with fountain drinks and this was more of the same, it was just carbonated, no flavor. I will not be eager to return, as I started this post it was okay but not impressive, but if you haven't tried it, check it out and judge for yourself."
