"Since when are Chick-fil-A employees made security officers of Cross Creek Mall. The employee at the door guarding. It was very belligerent telling me the mall was closed. If the mall is closed that all the doors of the mall should be locked. I needed to get to an eye doctor appointment."

"Sometimes they forget my sauce and my straw, but they’re always willing to fix whatever is wrong and their food is great! 4/4/2023 They told me I should order for pickup so I don’t have to pay delivery. I didn’t pay a delivery fee… it said $0 for delivery. Also, they had a sticker on my cup lid..but when it spilled out everywhere I saw that my lid was broken. I went up there and got a new one, instead of ordering for delivery. Anyway, food was still good… Thanks ?"

"This is what is happening to food delivery drivers at this location. This is because they have hired staff to deliver but they aren't getting the orders, so the management is slowing down delivery drivers now so it's a problem and won't accept the orders anymore so their staff will get them. Make your voices here Dashers!! Lite em up! Update: 11/1/22 - they're doing the same thing. Pictures with the two ladies and they're own delivery driver. Notice all the bags sitting there and no one line."
