"Stopped for lunch around noon. Place was very busy (students) The order was taken quickly and cashier was pleasant. Only waited a couple of minutes and it was ready. We eat there a couple times a month usually later in the day."
"Ordered the Chicken Parm loaded fries for the first and i was so disappointed!! For $12 (including a drink) I expected my food to be fresh. It was cold and tasted old. At first I was super impressed with how quick they took my payment and brought out the food. Until I had opened the plate and saw how dry the food looked. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break so I didn't have time to take it back."
"Had the WORST experience with Allie the shift leader at wake forest Zaxby’s location in wake forest. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. Very non-chalant about what mistake that was made with my order. She refused to correct the order. Huge inconvenience to my kids and I. She blatantly said I’m NOT going to remake the order."
"The food was great, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful! Alexina, the staff, was really lovely and polite... On top of everything else that was fantastic at this restaurant, the sweet and spicy bone in wings were delicious with the seasoned fries and toast. The dining space was clean, and the person that worked there was really kind and friendly! I would strongly suggest this Zaxby's to everyone!"
