"Ever since the kid came up to run the front desk I dread going in there and have any interaction with him. Even on the phone he’s rude. I have to go in because I love their pizza but surely I’m not the only one that thinks he’s rude, unfriendly and hates his job (?) I’m guessing he’s a family member or else I’m sure he’d be gone by now but seriously PACO’S it’s killing your image! You had something so good going before he came."
"I'm from New York, and Paco's Pizza is too. This place, hands down, takes me back to Long Island, New York. They offer the best cheese pizza, and I'm glad they're in Wake Forest, serving not just pizza but also other delightful Italian dishes."
"Everything food wise is great here! Truly, I drive an extra 10 minutes to come here from Mario’s because I think they are that much better! However, the front of house staff is not super great. They talk super quiet, they don’t engage with customers, they wait for the customers to engage with them. They sit and play on their phones when it’s super busy. Give them like 45 min-an hour when calling on Friday and Saturday’s. As far as the pizza, it truly is the best and only place I go to nowadays."
