"Someone else took my order from the rapid pick up station, so they remade my order very quickly. They also threw in an extra cookie and a half sandwich. That extra touch of service made everything better."

"Quality of deli meat is that of a gas station. Sad looking and overpriced. I think I’m beginning to be able to taste the plastic the soup comes in. Rubber band bread and burnt grilled cheese. Over priced hospital food. Good bye Panera bread you were good a decade ago."

"I hate to say this because I know that there are always several factors that we aren’t aware of when dealing with running a business but this location in particular is consistently slow and constantly makes mistakes. 60 minutes for a breakfast order is a bit crazy for a Panera bread but then to also mess up that order is kind of beyond ridiculous. Basically this was the last chance for this place for our family and I recommend you don’t make the same mistake I did and just pass on giving them your business."

"I visited the Wake Forest Panera today and ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt thinking it came with chicken; it did not. I asked the kitchen staff if I could have some to which they happily obliged. My experience here was amazing from start to finish. I want to personally mention Susan, Nyaisha, and Jasmine; the ladies who helped make my experience perfect. All 3 of these ladies were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will be revisiting this location again very soon because of the service I received today. Kudos to you ladies!"

"This Wake Forest location is convenient. Orders are usually prepared quickly. The food here is good but their drink choices are just okay. I’m not crazy about all the different flavors of tea/lemonade that they offer."
