"Over priced for the tiny pizza smaller than my hand for the "lunch combo", staff was friendly, after waiting 15 minutes an employee informed us the fryers were down so we had to change what we wanted. Ceiling was leaking all the chairs were up and seems like a saftey risk."

"Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut, not DoorDash. Got a DoorDash driver anyway. Driver waited for an additional 20 minutes because it took this place over an hour to get our food ready. Driver then took another half hour to get to our house, despite it not being more than a ten minute drive (and that's if you hit every light). Then I opened my (definitely not hot) pizza and there's NO way this actually got sauce on it. I've generally had good experiences with the food here, even if the delivery service is slow and pathetic, but when the food sucks too, I finally decide I'm going to leave a review. Absolutely ridiculous."

"The food was good. However, this is 2x I've had a delivery issue with this location. They decided the money I paid for a large, I guess, wasn't good enough for an actual large, ha, so they gave me a medium instead."

"Ordered Big New Yorker from Garner location. Ok so if they think this is what pizza from NY is like then they should be ashamed of themselves. We ordered extra cheese but it barely had any on it. It was overcooked and I thought I was eating cardboard with salt. Maybe I should of ate the actual box as it probably would of tasted better and definitely looked better. We got an order of breadsticks that had no taste and wasn't even cut right. I just wasted my money. Seriously take some pride of what you send out the door. I'm glad my garbage can was filled because we sure werent."
